Gov. Kehoe signs tornado relief bill

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe signed a tornado relief bill Saturday that was ed in a recent special session.
The plan includes $100 million in tornado relief money for St. Louis. Local lawmakers negotiated with the governor for the additional funding.
The bill also provides an extra $25 million for the Missouri Housing Trust Fund and expands the number of storm victims who are eligible to receive grants and loans from the housing fund.
