Today and this evening: Scattered thundershowers tis afternoon and evening will not be severe but could produce some downpours. It will be very muggy, but not a hot day with mostly cloudy skies and occasional showers or storms. After sunset a few isolated storms will linger, but the rain chances drop as many of the thundershowers fade with the loss of daytime heating.

This Weekend: Weekend rain chances continue to trend downward, but we still have a chance for some rain. Saturday’s odds are down to 20%, perhaps slightly better east/southeast of St. Louis where you’ll be a little closer to the upper level low sparking a few thundershowers. Sunday’s chance is down to only 20% mainly focused west of St. Louis late day and evening.
