WENATCHEE, Wash. (Gray News) - The father accused of killing his three young daughters allegedly made suspicious online searches days before the tragedy.

According to a U.S. Marshals Service affidavit, 31-year-old Travis Decker searched on Google, ‘how does a person move to canada’, ‘how to relocate to canada’, ‘jobs canada’ and ‘jobs canada’," NBC Right Now reported.

After the above-listed Google searches, he visited the site ‘Find a job - Canada.ca‘.

Authorities, who have not yet located Decker, said they were worried that he was attempting to flee the U.S. into Canada.

Decker is wanted on suspicion of murder after his three young daughters, 9-year-old Paityn Decker, 8-year-old Evelyn Decker, and 5-year-old Olivia Decker were reported missing.

Authorities said the situation started last Friday, when Whitney Decker reported that Travis Decker did not return with the girls after a planned visit.

Over the weekend, police looked for the children and their father, who was believed to be living out of a white 2017 GMC Sierra pickup with Washington plates.

Police said Travis Decker’s truck was later found on Monday near the Rock Island Campground, about 20 miles away from Wenatchee.

The Wenatchee Police Department confirmed the bodies of the children were also found near the campground.

Court documents obtained by KQ and KIRO say that the girls likely died from asphyxiation.

He is a former Army soldier with military training and is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone who may have seen Decker since Friday or knows his current location was asked to call 911.

“Due to safety concerns do not attempt to or approach Decker,” police said.

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office is working with U.S. Marshals to locate and apprehend Decker. A reward of up to $20,000 is available for information leading directly to his arrest.
