Episode 315: Bartolino’s
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Bartolino’s is a family affair, a generational restaurant group for not just its owners but its diners.
It all started with a pizza t on The Hill and then the Saracino’s opened the first Bartolino’s in 1969. Since then, they’ve opened several additional locations, including their newest restaurant in Twin Oaks.
On this week’s podcast, we sat down with the second generation: Mike, Bart and Chris, three of the four brothers who help run one of St. Louis’ favorite Italian restaurants. While the third generation helps ensure they keep things new and fresh, several menu items have stood the test of time and date back to the original restaurant.
