How fraud involving deeds, probate court is impacting families across the country

(InvestigateTV) — Losing your home to thieves might be easier than you think thanks to outdated laws and states nationwide.
It’s a type of fraud known as deed theft.
One family in the Atlanta area says they lost more than their home when a man claiming to be a family member got his hands on their inheritance and the ashes of their late uncle.
