They don’t have their own roastery but instead source beans from around the world, bringing some of the best coffee to St. Louis. Plus, they have a bakery program that rivals Paris, .

The cafe opened in 2012 and now is under new ownership, with a bit of a new look, a few new ideas but the same great coffee and croissants.
